Shift stagnation into traction by learning to notice and align with the deeper currents already moving beneath your life.

Spark + Flow
Something feels off, you can't quite name it, there’s a flatness, a fog, a sense that you've somehow lost touch with the pulse and vibrancy of things.
On the surface, there may be no obvious crisis. Yet beneath it all something feels dense, flat, and repetitive. It's as though you are circling the same terrain without deepening, finding traction, or gaining momentum. In these moments it can be tempting to assume that more is required of you. That you need more clarity, or another method to layer on top of what you are already carrying. However, often what is happening is subtler than that.
Our attention settles into familiar pathways. We begin to meet our lives through habituated patterns of thinking and responding. This can make it difficult to sense the less familiar, and quieter inputs and signals unfolding at the periphery of our awareness. When we lose contact with these underlying movements, it becomes harder to sense what is next and to connect with the inherent creativity that is always available to us. We start to constrict, making the future feel hazy and decision-making effortful.
Spark + Flow is a practical workshop for the moments you feel stuck, flat, or out of sync. When your effort isn’t gaining the expected traction, and your next step feels just out of reach.
Together we’ll explore how stuckness is often a precursor to a different way of engaging. We’ll consider ways of reconnecting with the deeper movement already present beneath your situation.
You’ll leave with a clearer sense of where you are, what’s actually asking for your attention, and a few grounded next steps you can take immediately.
Here’s what you’ll explore
Ways of working with attention so you can notice subtle signals within your experience
How to recognize cues and patterns you might normally overlook
How to engage your imagination and perception to widen the field of possibilities
Practices for meeting and shifting moments of stuckness
Ways of connecting to forms of intelligence beyond habitual analysis
By the end of this workshop you will have a clearer sense of where you are, what is asking for your attention, and how to take the next step forward without forcing an answer that isn’t ready.
What Spark + Flow is for
Spark + Flow is especially useful for you if:
You feel stuck around a decision, project, or direction in your life or work
You feel flat—like your inner world has gone quiet or your days have lost their vitality
You keep circling the same thoughts but clarity never arrives
You sense something is shifting beneath the surface but can’t yet name it
You are tired of importing other people’s frameworks onto your life and want to work with what is actually present
This workshop is especially supportive for people who are thoughtful, sensitive, high-functioning, yet are feeling exhausted by trying to “figure it out.”
The shift
In this two-hour workshop we will explore practical ways of engaging moments of stuckness. We will begin with an inner reflection to locate where you are in your current situation.
From there we will explore patterns that often shape how we engage challenges, and how shifting our attention can open new perspectives.
Together we will practice:
recognizing different kinds of information available within an experience
noticing patterns across thoughts, sensations, and external circumstances
shifting our attention so new perspectives can appear
allowing a next step to emerge rather than be decided prematurely
What is Spark + Flow?
Spark and Flow are metaphors for how we can engage the unfolding of our lives. In this workshop we will become acquainted with both. At the same time, we will honor the reality that while we can create conditions for these experiences to arise, we cannot force them.
Spark
Spark marks a shift in perception allowing us to open to more of what is present and to engage more of our awareness and imaginative capacity. When we’re able to engage stuckness and the given constraints of a situation in a creative or spontaneous way.
Flow
Flow recognizes that movement exists within every situation, even when things appear stuck. It arises when we align with what is already unfolding rather than trying to control it. It is the experience of reconnecting with the natural momentum within a situation, recognizing other possibilities and allowing the next step to reveal itself.
What You’ll Walk Away With:
A clearer sense of where you are in the arc of what you’re moving through
A way to interrupt stuckness without forcing an answer
A felt contact with discernment (the “I can engage what’s in front of me” state)
Language for your experience that makes it workable, not overwhelming
